This program is designed for people who are past the beginner stage and want to progress in their training. This program is designed to have you challenge yourself with weights but also keeping you nice and lean. Note that the goal isn’t to get you lifting enormous amounts of weights and crushing your 1RM but rather to make you a more dynamic person; strong, lean, and fit. The program is designed for you to hit your lower body twice a week, upper body twice a week (emphasis on your shoulders and arms), and the most important of all your chest and back (your posture muscles).
